What to Expect:

Over the course of our journey together, we will explore watercolor and plein air painting, allowing the vibrant landscape to inspire our artistic expression. Sculpting as a meditative practice will deepen our connection to the earth and our inner world, using art as a tool for self-discovery and emotional release.

Each day will begin with Somatic Yoga, a gentle yet powerful approach to embodied movement, awakening the senses and releasing tension. Guided meditation and Reiki sessions will further support relaxation and energetic alignment, helping you find balance and renewal.
